At WeFreshKids, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, please review our return and exchange policy below.
1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
- Clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
1.2 How to Initiate a Return:
- To start a return, please email us at wefreshkids213@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Once your return is approved, send the items to:

1.3 Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the returned item if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
- Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
2. Exchanges
2.1 Eligibility for Exchanges:
- Customers have 12-14 days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
2.2 How to Initiate an Exchange:
- To request an exchange, please email us at wefreshkids213@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the new item or size you need.

2.3 Shipping Costs for Exchanges:
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
3.1 Reporting Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at wefreshkids213@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and a photo if possible.
3.2 Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items:
- We will replace damaged or defective items at no additional cost to you.
4. Additional Information
- WeFreshKids reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above criteria.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
